Why we’ve launched a free hair diagnostic

Tired of wasting time and money on hair products and routines that don’t work? No need to fret! We’ve got a solution for you. We’ve been very busy behind the scenes at Carra over the past few months, and we finally feel ready to share with you what we have been working on! Thanks to our amazing data scientists, we have launched a hair diagnostic that gives you instant feedback on what to improve in your hair routine, and what is already working great in your current routine. This is based on a series of questions that get to the bottom of your hair type and hair goals. The feedback you receive is backed by our science which scans thousands of products and hundreds of ingredients to determine what will and won’t work for your unique strands. Sounds pretty sweet, right? Now let’s take you through how to get started.

How to get started

Getting started is super simple. Follow this link to begin, or go to our homepage on carra.co and click on the button that says ‘Get your FREE report.’

The whole quiz takes less than 2-3 minutes to complete - that’s the same time it takes to make a cup of tea - so what are you waiting for? 

What you get once you’ve completed it

Once you’ve completed your hair diagnostic, you will receive a personal hair summary. This sums up your hair type and hair goals. This is then followed by your routine feedback (tailored perfectly to you by our science!) which is separated into 2 sections. The first section will give you pointers on what’s great about your current routine, and the second will provide suggestions for what needs improving.

Your next steps…

Once you’ve received your feedback, you have  two options if you're curious to learn more about the next steps on your hair journey. You can book a 30 minute Carra session which is a video call with one of our hair coaches. After this you will  receive a full version of your hair report, which will include specific product recommendations, a step by step hair routine and expert advice from a textured hair expert. If you’re not ready to commit to a session just yet, or need a bit more information on what Carra has to offer, there’s also the option to book a free discovery call with our founder Winnie. In this session you can ask any questions you’d like answered about Carra and what a session entails.
